Responsibilities
- High-Volume Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain records in the company database and CRM systems with a focus on speed and zero errors.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming emails, screen phone calls, and respond to inquiries professionally in a timely manner.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for department heads.
- Document Management: Handle filing systems (both physical and electronic), prepare reports, and ensure all documents are organized and compliant.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to ensure daily operations continue smoothly.
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception area.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative assistance and data entry.
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type at least 45-50 WPM with high accuracy.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain data integrity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Portland, Georgia.
