Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital/digital records
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications and correspondence professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using MS Office Suite
- Assist with office procurement and inventory management
- Support HR functions onboarding and document processing
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years administrative or data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) and accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
