Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for department leadership
- Process confidential documents, maintain digital filing systems, and ensure data accuracy
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders via phone and email
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate facility operations, inventory management, and office supply procurement

Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in public/government sector preferred
