Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, guests, and clients entering the office.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with efficiency and courtesy; take detailed messages when necessary.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and professional at all times.
- Mail and Communication: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; handle internal and external correspondence.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for executives and staff members.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse individuals.
