Responsibilities

- Coordinate vendor relationships and inventory management for office supplies
- Support team coordination through calendar management and meeting logistics
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy across platforms
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Handle incoming communications professionally and route inquiries appropriately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
