Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and accounting systems with attention to detail
- Coordinate office calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, shipments, and office supplies inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, and record maintenance
- Support team with ad-hoc projects and maintain organized digital filing systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data entry software
- Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
