Responsibilities
- Accurately input, manage, and update data in CRM and spreadsheet systems
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, correspondence) with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, memos, and other documents
- Organize and maintain physical/digital filing systems
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking
- Support office operations including supply inventory and vendor coordination
Qualifications
- Proven data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per hour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
