Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications including emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Organize filing systems (both digital and physical) ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
- Coordinate office logistics including meeting setups, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
- Assist in onboarding processes and new employee orientation materials
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks including expense reports and invoice processing
- Support cross-departmental projects as needed to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
