Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM systems and databases with daily targets
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure document accessibility
- Coordinate office calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Process incoming communications (calls, emails, mail) and route appropriately
- Assist with report generation using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain office supply inventory and procurement
- Support payroll processing and expense tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven data entry experience (60+ WPM)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
