- Process incoming/outgoing mail, shipments, and office supply inventory
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new hires and maintaining personnel files
- Maintain clean, organized reception area and common spaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front-desk experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
