Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming communications
- Perform accurate data entry for client records, inventory, and scheduling systems
- Coordinate office logistics: mail handling, supply management, and appointment scheduling
- Support administrative tasks: report generation, filing, and document management
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems with zero-error standards

Qualifications
