Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office inventory, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationships
- Handle incoming communications, screening calls, and directing inquiries appropriately
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation coordination

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of progressive administrative support experience
