Responsibilities
- Manage professional reception area including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail processing
- Perform accurate data entry for client information, inventory records, and departmental databases
- Coordinate office calendars and schedule meetings for executive team
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with light administrative tasks including report generation and document formatting
- Support HR department with onboarding paperwork and employee data maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven data entry accuracy (minimum 60 WPM with 98% accuracy)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
