Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, updating databases and filing systems regularly.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supplies inventory, coordinate vendor services, and assist with event planning.
- Meeting Support: Take detailed minutes during meetings and distribute action items to relevant team members.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Business Certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Software: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) or project management tools is highly desirable.
