Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, supply chains, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate executive travel, events, and meeting logistics
- Lead HR initiatives including onboarding and policy implementation
- Oversee facility maintenance, security, and IT infrastructure
- Develop and manage departmental budgets with P&L oversight
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years office management experience in corporate settings
- Proven expertise in budgeting and vendor negotiation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Project management certification or equivalent experience
- Detroit metro area residency preferred
