Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities, vendor relationships, and procurement processes

- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and complex calendar management
- Implement and maintain compliance with company policies and safety protocols
- Manage budget tracking for office expenses and supply inventory
- Lead onboarding processes and new employee workspace setup

Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Proven track record of budget administration and expense control
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management skills
- CHSP or similar facility management certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
