Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying emerging technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients navigating exponential change and disruption
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents for Fortune 500 partners
- Design and facilitate immersive future-vision workshops for C-suite executives
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and domain experts
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026-ready business models and ecosystems
- Present strategic foresight findings at global conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing trend models with 5+ year predictive accuracy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and exponential technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
