Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce quarterly white papers on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for future uncertainties
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed future-readiness into product development cycles
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to track emerging research
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and senior leadership with quantified impact projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotechnology
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight.org)
