Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive innovations
- Produce actionable trend reports and strategic briefs quantifying market impacts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and MVPs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present foresight insights at global conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight practice
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep knowledge of geopolitical and socioeconomic megatrends
