Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives (quantifiable impact)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (biotech, AI, quantum, nanotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) strongly preferred
