Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and guide product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., biotech, AGI, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published research or patents in future-focused disciplines
- Proficiency in foresight tools (scenario planning, Delphi methods)
