Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate executive travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming communications, routing inquiries appropriately.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and logistical arrangements.

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
