Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and meetings, ensuring timely follow-up
- Implement and maintain efficient office filing systems (digital and physical)
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
