Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for executives
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facilities coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage project coordination and track deliverables using project management tools
- Handle expense reports, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
