- Perform high-volume data entry with 98%+ accuracy for client records and transactional documents
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems for database maintenance and report generation
- Coordinate office communications across departments and external stakeholders
- Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation and filing
- Support HR functions onboarding documentation processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience with proven data entry proficiency
- Expertise in typing 60+ WPM with advanced knowledge of Excel and database management
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in data handling
- Professional demeanor with strong verbal/written communication abilities
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, Outlook)
- Associate's degree or equivalent certification preferred
