Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Answer phones professionally and greet visitors with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Front Desk Management: Manage the front desk, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, package delivery, and basic data entry.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for team members.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and office functions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a general office administration role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor under pressure.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
