Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and organized at all times.
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls while managing a high volume of inquiries.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and in person, resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment.
