- Manage the front desk operations, including managing the reception area and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply ordering.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a focus on accuracy.
