Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls with exceptional customer service.
- Greet visitors warmly and provide directions and assistance as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage couriers, and maintain a tidy lobby.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing executive calendars.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Assistant (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
