Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Professionally greet all visitors, clients, and employees, determining their needs and directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with a professional telephone manner; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area to ensure it is always tidy, organized, and welcoming to guests.
- Mail and Package Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to the correct departments.
- Scheduling Support: Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for office staff.
- Administrative Duties: Perform general clerical tasks including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk administrator, or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
- Professionalism: A neat, professional appearance and a strong commitment to workplace standards.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
