Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, routing them to the correct department.
- Manage the front desk, including mail sorting and package delivery.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk assistant is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
