Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally at the front desk.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Maintain the reception area in a neat, organized, and presentable condition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
