Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office with a professional and warm demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Manage the daily appointment calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating room availability.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supply inventory.
- Assist with special projects and provide general support to the management team as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
