Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Screen incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while managing confidential information.
- Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and client receptions.
- Handle general office duties, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
