Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage the front desk, answer, screen, and redirect incoming calls efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Manage the appointment calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating conference rooms.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the San Jose area is a plus.
