Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor at the front desk.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel or take detailed messages.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in an organized manner.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar efficiently to prevent conflicts.
- Assist with basic office supplies inventory and restocking as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on superior customer service.
