Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors, answer multi-line phones, and manage incoming and outgoing mail with professionalism.
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain client information, schedules, and records in our database systems.
- Administrative Support: Prepare documents, handle filing, and assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries promptly and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to keep the workspace functional.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist role or data entry position is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional tone.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
