Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and calendar events for team members and executives.

- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in our internal database systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and itineraries as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and handle basic office supply inventory.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
