Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and direct them to their destinations efficiently.
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with a polite and helpful tone.
- Manage the front desk, including sorting and distributing mail, handling packages, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Perform basic data entry, filing, and clerical duties to ensure accurate records and office organization.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms to ensure smooth operations.
- Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar office support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
