Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate person or area.
- Phone Operations: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute faxes, and manage email correspondence.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings for staff, ensuring the calendar is up-to-date and conflict-free.
- Inventory Control: Maintain the reception area, manage office supplies, and place orders as needed.
- General Assistance: Perform various clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business administration is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
