Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor; answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Data Entry Operations: Input, update, and verify data into our CRM and spreadsheets with 100% accuracy.
- Document Management: Organize, scan, and file physical and digital documents for easy retrieval.
- Communication: Draft emails and correspondence on behalf of management and handle client inquiries promptly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and other general office duties.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in receptionist or office administration roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
