- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct all visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment.

- Scheduling: Manage the calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail, process invoices, and maintain office supplies.
- Customer Relations: Assist with inquiries and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update databases and filing systems with precision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
