Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on 99% accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and visitor inquiries with professionalism.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, invoices, and correspondence.
- Assist with inventory management and the ordering of office supplies.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for management.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration or data entry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 40-50 WPM).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
