Responsibilities

- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional first impression.
- Assist with data entry, expense reports, and general office supplies management.
- Support the executive team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
