Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on 99.9% accuracy and speed.
- Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems for the entire department.
- Coordinate complex schedules, arrange meetings, and handle travel logistics.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and process vendor orders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
