Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date electronic and physical records.
- Coordinate schedules, book meeting rooms, and arrange travel logistics.
- Order and inventory office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and distribute routine correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an office or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
