- Coordinate office calendars and schedule meetings for executives
- Handle confidential data entry and document management using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with new employee onboarding and administrative support
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate vendor relationships
- Support HR functions including applicant screening and file maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
