- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics across departments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance
- Perform data entry and document management using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Support HR initiatives including benefits enrollment and event coordination
- Collaborate with administrative team on process improvements
Qualifications

- 2+ years receptionist or administrative support experience
