- Manage multi-line phone system with 50+ daily calls and professional call routing
- Coordinate executive calendar management and complex meeting logistics
- Oversee visitor reception with personalized greeting protocols
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage shipping logistics
- Maintain office supplies inventory and procurement systems
- Support HR onboarding with badge preparation and equipment setup
- Assist with document preparation using Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- Professional demeanor with polished business appearance
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- Experience with scheduling tools like Calendly or Office 365
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
