Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, mail handling, and visitor greeting
- Schedule meetings and coordinate room reservations across departments
- Maintain accurate office supplies inventory and procurement processes
- Assist with new employee onboarding including workspace setup and equipment distribution
- Support administrative tasks like document scanning, filing, and data entry
- Coordinate courier services and manage incoming/outgoing mail packages
- Act as primary liaison for building management and vendor communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
